Alice Kinney

Rural Education Achievement Program (REAP)
Alice Kinney is a Program Officer on the Rural Education Achievement Program (REAP) Team. Before beginning her work with the U.S. Department of Education she served as a Peace Corps volunteer and TEFL teacher trainer in Nicaragua and Ecuador. Alice holds a B.A. in Spanish and English Education from Western Michigan University and a Michigan teaching certificate.
